Has anyone used one of these to get money or gift cards for reducing energy at peak hours?

I signed up through con Edison for their smart charge program. It’s an incentive for electric vehicles. I got $75 in sign up $$ back and another $250 back in less than a year. Each month is about $60, I just switched my billing to flat rate which is about $400 a month. So the $60 doesn’t really make a dent. But better than nothing.
