I am putting in a new kitchen but on a very tight budget. I am just replacing cabinets and counters not running any plumbing or electrical. Which lkwd kitchen place would you recommend to help design and then supply the cabinets and counters.

I don’t remember exactly… we didn’t go with the cheapest options, but our kitchen is on the smaller side so it was still very affordable

And the cabinets held up well? Thinking to go with the most expensive option from express
Just worried it’ll be falling apart on me

Do you have a realistic budget?

Changing the cabinets is generally the most expensive part of a kitchen remodel. Most people don't move the plumbing.

If you change cabinets and counter you are almost certainly going to need a new sink and probably faucets as well.

What are you trying to achieve with your new kitchen - just aesthetics because a lot of what makes a kitchen more functional like deep drawers in lower cabinets versus just doors adds to the cost but really makes a huge difference in terms of function.

Some things make sense to have done when your kitchen is gutted like getting under cabinet lights or just better overhead lighting as well.

What kind of floor do you currently have? Most people change the floor when they have new cabinets because the best results are when cabinets are installed over the floor or in tandem with the floor because otherwise you have potential issues with appliances. Not to mention that you have to get stuff that complements a floor.
