I always wonder what the parents talk about with the boy.
How long do they talk before the girl comes out? Do they ask questions? Does he have to share a dvar Torah?

Keep it polite but pareve. And here's a tip from a prior thread: Even though he won't eat them, make sure the ruggelach you put out are fresh. One prior poster's dh DID eat the ruggelach on their first date and unfortunately they were stale. All joking aside, good luck to the couple and hope it goes well.
