I dice into small pieces, add oil and spice generously, top with honey.
Comes out soft and crispy.
I use the parchment paper mentioned above and, yes, I do to scrub down afterwards - sponge, some dish soap, and clean with paper towels and water.
Sweet potatoes come out great too. |
I hear ppl put a parchment paper on the top too, to avoid those splashes. I dont.. it takes minimal cleaning

Breakfast: I put a little oil, crack open 6-8 eggs at a time. I
Close it for and check when itβs ready. It make a the perfect sunny side up in minutes. I serve it like a platter in middle of the table and everyone slices off a yolk with a little white as desired.
Pancakes, scrambled eggs,
sautΓ© any vegetable (peppers broccoli, mushrooms etc) either I melt cheese on top.
Or I take it out, toast a tortilla on both sides and add back the veggies and roll.
You can add an egg to make it into a quiche style.
I buy ready potato knishes, I put it into Betty, when it looks almost done I add ketchup, oregano and cheese. It gets devoured!
I fry chicken, so neat and clean. Potatoes like French fries.
Stir fries.
Almost everything that needs baking or frying.
In fact, for Pesach I didnβt have an oven, I used it instead of an even even for brownies and cookies.

Eggplant parmesan recipe 2 eggplants 2eggs 1/4 cup oil breadcrumbs your favorite sauce 2 cups shredded cheese parmesan cheese slice eggplant and prick with a fork salt and let stand 1/2 hour. This takes out the bitterness. Mix eggs and oil. Bread eggplant by dipping in egg mixture and then crumbs. Place in betty crocker until nice and golden . Layer in a round foil and bake for 20 min unplug the betty and leave inside for additional 8 min. Plug in for additional 5 -10 and enjoy.
