I bought cutlets from teh grocery at 9pm last night. I mistakenly left them on my counter and forgot to put them in the fridge. at 8 am this morn I saw the on teh counter. there was a bunch of snacks on top of it and I felt it. It still had a coldness to it. I put it the fridge and want to bake them now for shabbos...

can I please eat them Sad Sad it was a family pack worth $30....

No do not eat them. It’s just not worth it.
Food poisoning is brutal and can last weeks and require hospitalization.

I mean, if you're in the northern hemisphere where it's summer now and the AC wasn't blasting full force the whole night in the kitchen, yeah, don't risk it

Doesn’t make a difference it’s not safe to eat.

Sorry not worth the food poisoning, rather don’t have anything if you can’t afford it. What would you do if it burnt on Shabbos? Same thing here.

Air conditioning to room temperature doesn't make it safe.

A refrigerator is much colder than 68 degrees.

Very unsafe to eat.

Really sorry OP. I know what it feels like to throw things we really need away and they were for family or food. It's expensive, and a Kappara. Please throw away and Hashem should send you Shefa and all you need.
