Got a set of linen as a gift when we got married...best set ever. It literally feels cold when you get into bed even if the room is hot. 5 years later it tore I need a new set. And cannot find anything comparable.
Does anyone know what type of linen feels so super soft -not shiny like satin- its more of a matte cotton fabric but it literally feels cold when you get into bed..
There are no tags anywhere on the linen to see fabric content or brand or anything other than one tag that says Le Nappe - art in linen.
Anyone know what its called or where to buy it?

Percale is cooler than sateen.
They are different weaves.

Cotton feels different after a number of washes. So it will never feel the same right away. Percale cotton is probably what you had plus many washes.

600 dollars later bought gorgeous linen. Soft feeling. 100% cotton .
But its not cold.
So disappointed.
I dont like it.
When you get into bed you dont feel that cool crisp linen feel...the linen feels room temperature.
Anyone have any idea what im talking about ? Really want a new set of cold and soft linen!
