I believe I'm about to hit menopause. Irregular cycles, hot flashes, weird belly weight gain.

Before the belly weight gain gets too much, I want to find a good diet!

It's really hard though! I have tons of allergies so my food choices are very limited already.
I'm allergic to dairy, tons of fruits and vegetables, sesame, tons of herbs and spices. I eat a lot of potatoes, tuna, bananas, oranges, lettuce, avocado, pasta and bread because I'm not allergic to them.
I don't eat much processed food or eat out in restaurants.

I drink mostly water. A cup or 2 of juice on Shabbos. Occasionally an iced coffee, but I don't regularly drink coffee. I never have soda.

I do yoga and like to walk outside (not a treadmill) but I'm so hungry after I exercise!

Please help me find a good diet! I'm feeling pretty yucky about myself!

I would cut out the carb-ier foods, such as potatoes, pasta, bread, and add a lot more protein- grilled chicken, salmon, meat, etc.

Intermittent fasting is a very healthy way to eat, and won't be impacted by your allergies.
