Going to Austria. Cheaper and just as beautiful with many Jewish hotels to choose from.

Not to mention that the Austrian government is extremely pro Israel.

How can I find hotels? Any that you’ve been to or heard first hand reviews?

Yeah. And in some of the tourist areas popular with frum Yidden there have been terrible floods and rockslides. I would skip Switzerland for this year.

I'm in Switzerland next week and Italy the following two weeks. In France now. It's chilly in France and not overly crowded because of the Olympics. In Switzerland, we're staying near Geneva and Zurich but about 30 mins outside of each. We have a car so we're day tripping around. We avoid crowded areas so we rented private homes with pools or amazing views in lesser populated places. If you have any questions, just ask.

I wish you a good stay and I really hope you get to use the pool. It's been raining in Switzerland almost every day for the past five months. It's July and under 60° now. It's raining. It rained yesterday. And it's going to rain Shabbos, Sunday and next Tuesday. And mostly be in the 60s or low 70s. If you can't tell, I'm very disgusted with the weather, as is everyone I know.

I am so happy for you. I guess you're not in Zurich, though, because it's nowhere near 80° here and also not gorgeous or sunny. Although it didn't rain today, so we should be thankful.

Where in Italy? North? South? Coast? Mountains? There is huge range depending on where you go but it can also be unpredictable.

I live in Italy and we're having a much fresher summer than normal.

Anti-semitism can be anywhere but it is not generally a problem here.
