I got a card in September with $120 on it. It's expiring soon and I never spent it, I want to quickly use it up on time but I'm not sure how.
How exactly do I know what I can or can't buy?
Do I need to put the eligible items in a separate transaction from the rest of my shopping? Otherwise how does it know how much to take off my balance?

Call the number on the back to create a PIN.
It can be used for anything in the grocery except prepared foods. (Some groceries turn a blind eye and don't differentiate.)
Tell the cashier you're paying $120 of your order with the card. The rest you pay for.

not really anything in the grocery. food items only.

Its so funny. I just got mine in November and December. Was such a welcome gift from Hashem in the perfect time when I didn't know how I was going to go to do grocery shopping! Thank you Hashem!!

I got for my 9th grade son recently.
I don’t remember the pin I used last year, and it’s not letting me reset. I remember when the cards originally started coming, his old elementary school accidentally put in the wrong birthday for him, but I don’t have that info anymore. And I have nothing with that school anymore BH 🙈.
Any other ideas how to reset the pin?

It expires 122 days after they put the money into your account. So it just depends when your funds were given.
