I let my 2.7 and 4 year olds play together unsupervised. My house isn’t small so I’m always nearby but not within their line of vision. The bath is never full, always just a few inches of water. and they usually empty it as soon as I leave  Is that not safe? Honestly never thought about it. Thought they’re big enough
