Is there such a thing?
I know how to float and I probably learned how to swim when I was around 10 years old but I’ve rarely been in the water since. Now around 50 and don’t even know how to swim so I never go in the pool. I think I’m also self conscious about my figure/weight so that combined with not knowing how to swim is holding me back.

I used her for my anxious kids. Worked wonders. Anxiety is her specialty.
She does adults also.
Steep prices but worth it
