Can I do this? Will it come out “ soggy” and not crunchy?

I bought a Betty Crocker a while back but have not used it yet.

Yes sure. Comes out great. Crispy outside soft inside.

Really? Great!
Do I do anything different to the schnitzel than I would if I was frying it ?
How long should I do each side for ?
Thank you!

Anyone have a recipe I'd love to try it.
To dip the chicken in eggs or mayo?

Betty Crocker should be closed or left open when frying?

I leave it closed. 4-6 minutes per side. My kids say it’s better than fried.
