LEC Teacher Salary

Has/does anyone teach at LEC?
If so, can you please share the following information:

Department + boys or girls
Subject/s taught
Part time or full time
Hourly rate (or of salary - yet I hear it doesn't exist that people are paid salary)
How recently you were hired for next year or how long you've been there

If you are someone who had an offer and did not work there, also fine to respond

I've heard numbers for teachers as low as $18 and as high as $44-47ish (and I'm sure for some its more) and that those top ranges are men + extremely hard to get. With hours counted exactly for the year - every day/half day/late start etc, the hourly rate is much less than the value of how other schools calculate.

Trying to get an idea if makes sense to consider an offer and some information will help me figure it out.
