I had a procedure in a hospital outpatient. I received a bill not for 2500 and it says insurance adjustments. (Meaning the insurance only covers -2500 of the total.
Is there a way to fight it or I have to pay it?

What does your plan say about covering that type of procedure? Did you check your coverage prior to know if you’d have copays or coinsurance due?
