I just found out I am pregnant BH. I get health insurance through my work.
We are renewing / open enrollment now in ?November, Do I have to mention anything? I really wouldn't want to share with my boss just yet...

Literally no reason to tell yet. Health information is private. They don’t need to know for anything insurance related. Tell closer to your due date so they can prepare for your maternity leave. No one other than your OB and husband need to be informed about your pregnancy now 
As the person above me said, birth is a qualifying event and you’ll be able to add your baby to the insurance shortly after it is born.
