Kicked holes in the wall.
Kicked the connecting wall with the neighbor and made things fall off their shelf 🤦🏻♀️.
BH seems to have grown out of anger issues.

My boys were fighting and one shut himself in the bedroom and wedged a broom behind the door to stop the other one opening it. The one on the outside forced the door open and the broomstick came through the door. Not sure if he is strong or the door is junk or both. So now we have a hole in the door.

Slammed a door so hard it shattered the door jamb
Punched hole(s) in drywall
Punched through a glass windowpane (it’s heartbreaking to see a 5’10” teenager sob like a toddler while you pick glass out of his knuckles. The shame and feeling of loss of control only kicks in with the pain; when he was angry, he would go out of his mind like a person possessed. BH mood stabilizers have helped)
Slammed door on a brother, who had been stretching out his arm to stop it and put arm through a glass window pane. (A *different* glass window pane. We’ve since covered so much glass in our house with clear plastic panels.) Brother got a huge gash in his arm that went through layers of skin, fat and muscle. Still has a huge scar.

My brother kicked a hole in the bathroom Door cuz someone was taking too long. He also once punched the fridge when was upset and shattered the bones in his hand in multiple places. He went to therapy for anger management after the second incident

Yessss.
My 9 yo DD with adhd has kicked so many holes. We stopped fixing them.
Also, her and her sister (also has adhd) have broken many a door frame, slamming doors and trying to force doors open.
Bh bh bh over the last 6 months we didnt get any more holes in the walls, and dh and I were just discussing it on Monday that it's time to fix it.
I honestly spent know how my kid was able to punch holes like that. She's a tiny petite human. But oh so powerful when in an adhd rage.

Makes me feel so much better that it’s not just my kids….maybe this is somewhat normal ? 
Lots of things are thrown and broken out of anger (step stool, kiddy table, toys…) and a kitchen cabinet and bedroom door were knocked off the hinges by a child who was angry.

My husband did that when he was a teenager and he's in general a very calm person that hardly ever angry... if that's any reassurance...

Like I said, mood stabilizers have helped. He also finally agreed to start talking to a therapist, even if visible progress is glacial.
He’s still not an easy child at all, but things don’t feel as dangerous anymore.
He’s also old enough that we have more options for sending him away from home long-term, if that becomes necessary. We hope it doesn’t come to that - he certainly doesn’t want to leave the house, even if he seems miserable more often than not. He’s on the spectrum and very resistant to change. He just wants to be a little hermit crab in his shell, even if he needs a new one.

American houses are not well made. You can’t punch a hole in a five-story “stalinka” no matter how strong you are.

My boys can be quite destructive and brooms are weapons.
But as they get older, they calm down and mature and I'm not worried about them being destructive adults.

Most houses/apartments in my area have interior walls made with 2x4s and plywood.
