Does anyone have an easy recipe for pulled chicken in the crockpot? I want to make sandwiches with it. Something spicy and flavorful

leave it on high
maybe add little water but not so neccesary

I pour on a jar of Mikee's rib sauce & cook for 2-3 hours till it's soft & shredds easily.

I like to use bone in legs/thighs. I season them and cook with a little broth but I dont want the texture of soup chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Once its cooked, I shred it and mix in a bottle of bbq sauce.

There's one I use from dinner done. It uses cutlets, and put it in a crock pot with bbq sauce. Onions are optional. Leave it a couple of hours and shred. Then put it back in and mix it with the sauce to serve. I serve it on rolls withLettuce, tomato, pickles, onions...
You can also put it in a pan in the oven covered. I've done both. Both yum. I do in the oven if I don't have as much time
