I want to use the chicken from making the soup to go in tacos but not sure how to flavour the chicken.
Will shawarma spice work or any other ideas?

I do this with leftover shabbos chicken. I shred the chicken up. Sautee an onion, add in the chicken and taco seasoning. I like the recipe from all recipes. Cook until its all combined and serve with whatever toppings you like.

Sauté onion strips in oil, add chicken, season with chili powder, cumin, garlic, onion, a touch of oregano, and salt until very tasty. If you want to thicken it you can dissolve a spoon of cornstarch in a cup of water and add and stir until thickened.

I shred the chicken and mix it with duck sauce, BBQ sauce, garlic. Heat & serve in tacos. Yum

I shred in a frying pan with bbq sauce and reheat. My kids love it.
I also use on pizza dough as a shredded chicken pizza.
