Do you have any suggestions for good workout videos to inspire my mother to lose weight without going to the gym?
Something a combo of using an elastic band or weights and cardio…
I noticed she put some on. How can I suggest her to begin an exercise regimen without offending her? Noticed that when she walks long distance her legs get swollen. I think it’s a blood circulation thing. How does she start exercising in a healthy way? That doesn’t hurt her. I know older people need to be careful!!
She is not so self motivated to walk daily
