Even if the saw were brand new and not rusted at all, it would still pose a safety hazard. I'd tell them it's pretty urgent.

The legal limit is 18 in most states with some states allowing from 16. I’m fairly certain that a baby under 2 is illegal everywhere

A first marriage by 2 years old isn't such a big deal on Imamother. We get thay a lot. A second marriage by 2 is pretty out there, though.
