B"H I don't get nosebleeds doing any kind of laundry, but if you do, try changing the products you use. I'll bet chlorine bleach is the culprit.

Best place to get fitted for decent priced bras
Best place would be the store's fitting room. If those are all taken ask if they have a bathroom. If those are unavailable too try to get it done towards the back of the store or between the racks and make sure no security camera is facing you.
