BH I am pregnant, very early (4weeks). It’s our first. We needed to go through IVF and this is our only embryo. The doctor confirmed my pregnancy but said my HCG number is “very low” and doesn’t expect the pregnancy to stay. We are davening and taking on more and saying tehillim but if you could please say tehillim for me Meira Leah bas Sarah that the pregnancy continues and is healthy.
Also if you were at the ohel last night around 11:30pm in a light blue printed dress I hope your tefillos are heard and accepted 💕

Daavening!
You’re allowed to mention to the rebbe before 5 months if needed.
Saying nishmas and hamapil is a segulah to not miscarry cv.
Eat melave malka every motza shabbos for an easy labor. (Better to wash)

Take progesterone shots if you can. Try to convince your doctor to give it to you. Saved my pregnancies.
