My son has a nosebleed and it got on his shirt and pants today.
I am planning to do a "special" load today of uniforms and some other special care/stained out items.
Should I do his clothes with blood on them or could that be bad for the other laundry?

Spray the blood with windex and then you can place the clothes in the machine with other clothes, because the windex will melt it out.

I'm not sure but I can share what I do with any kind of stain, including but not necessarily just blood - if you pre-treat it with either a stain remover like Shout (doused well, don't let it dry, keep treated item tight in a plastic bag until ready to wash so it stays wet with atain remover or) can also pour laundry detergent directly onto the stain (& esp if a lot of detergent used, eye-ball deduct from the detergent you'd add to load) & in my experience it should be fine.
Another tip though, if stain doesn't come out, just don't put it into the drier, this will "set" the stain in & prob make it impossible to get out. But if you simply remove from wash & air dry, can still attempt other methods to remove stain

Just pour hydrogen peroxide on the blood, it’ll come out instantly. Then wash as normal.

Cold water only. I read that hot water sets blood stains.
