So I still have quite a few pks of ground walnuts and filters from pesach. I'd like to use them up.
Any and all recipes. Bonus points if it's dairy.

I put them in smoothies.
There's a great middle eastern dip with roasted peppers and ground walnuts. I haven't had the chance to try making it yet, but this recipe reads like it would taste correct: https://www.loveandlemons.com/muhammara/
I like using ground almonds in fruit crisps instead of flour, or replacing some of the flour in a cake recipe. Ground almonds also sub in for pine nuts if you want to make pesto.
