With my singletons I got a dye stealer the day of missed period and with my twins I got a faint line day of missed period. And I ovulated the same day those months. (For example day 16)

It's usually the opposite. The line gets darker.

Sometimes if the HCG is very very high the line will be faint. My HCG was over 40,000 at 4 weeks. With a singleton it’s way less at 4 weeks. And when I went to the ER at 6 weeks my HCG was 250,000.

I don;t know about such high numbers. That is really high! Wow!
But usually it is not that high.

From what I’ve heard HCG is around 750 at 4 weeks.

Bh with my singletons I didn’t need the er so don’t know what my levels were.

I was extremely hungry and my breasts felt very sore. I do not remember having these symptoms with my singletons.

Intrestingly enough my HCG was lower then by singleton pregnancy. And symptoms started later not earlier, nausea was the same but exhaustion was way worse.

12 weeks pregnant with twins
My hcg at 6 weeks was high, 35k, but I didn't know it was twins til ultrasound st 9 weeks. I certainly felt worse then my previous pregnancies. Still feeling pretty lousy. I'm showing early and huge but I always do, so it's hard to know. I'd love a support group.

My HCG was around 1000 at 4 weeks. Test was slightly darker than with singletons. Apart from that it was only the last few months where it was so different - carrying all that weight, could hardly walk.
