for everybody who did not see the "kick the sugar habit" threat, there I offered the recipe and here it is:

50 pieces - (officially, never believe recipes, and since this was changed from normal white flour to whole wheat-flour it might change in quantity)

125 gr. butter (I put in less since I use margarine and preferably oil)
250 gr. oats
1 Package of baking powder
250 gr. whole wheat flower
100 gr. fructose (that makes it sweet without pushing your sugarlevel up! for the Israelis among us - use Marshal fructose, other brands have a bitter taste!)
1 Package of Vanilla sugar - you also can use real vanilla and save the sugar!
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
2 eggs
3 tablespoons Milk
or Soya-milk if you prefer parve
one sheet of baking paper

1) Heat fat and mix with oat - let cool,
2) add other ingrediences and mix well,
3) preheat oven to 180C or medium heat,
4) make little heaps with teaspoon, leave enough place since they grow and than bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
Let them cool and keep in closed box.
If they survive their discovery they keep well for a week Wink

250 grams is about 8 oz. or 1 cup.
100 gr. is about 3 oz.

new variety -
last time I did my cookies I did not have enough oats... so what does the fridge give me? Leftover ground-almonds from Pesach. So I put half of the amount of oats and half of the amount of ground-almonds into it. giiiiiiiiirl... that is goood! very recommendable! Thumbs Up
