Which gyms offer this?
And does it really help with postpartum core, my baby is 15 months old and I still look pregnant (no diastasis recti) I guess because I’m getting older it’s harder for my body to bounce back …

just wondering, I have the same issue with looking pregnant but I do have diastasis, would Pilates help for that also?

I have a fantastic recommendation for a personal trainer if that’s in your budget. I used her.

you can't just walk into a gym and use that kind of machine. it's a huge insurance liability. you need to buy sessisons with a trainer, either indiviudal or small groups. like solidcore etc.

I really prefer to work out on my own.
