DD, has a summer job and the employer requires a drug test for all employees. They gave her a paper with a code and told her to go to LabCorp. It's impossible to make an appointment at Labcorp without providing your insurance information and agreeing that you're responsible for the cost of the testing if you're insurance won't pay for it. Our insurance won't pay for it and it's not a medical need at all. I don't want to end up stuck with a bill. Does anybody have any experience with this type of thing? Thanks.

The code on it is the place of employment's account code.
They are generally responsible.
