Bought some for the first time yesterday and realized there are no instructions on the box.

Wet the matzoh until damp, squeeze out the water, add eggs, salt, pepper, fried onions and mushrooms and bake at 350 degrees until firm.
Tastes amazing..
you can also make them in the shape of latkes and fry then, they’re also yum.
