I combine matzah meal with crushed potato chips. Dip in eggs matzah meal mixture and fry.
It’s delicious!

You can try dipping the shnitzels into potatoe starch, then egg, then flavored potato sticks, it’s delicious.. I saw this idea and tried it and it was yummy

I use matzah meal for schnitzel - spice it with some seasonings - salt, pepper, garlic. Dip in egg, coat in crumbs and fry. We prefer it over all the other Pesach options.

You can also substitute the potatoe sticks for pereg matzoh crumbs.. it’s so delicious…
