Nope. It's not allowed to be eaten. Not kitniyos even unlesss you have kitniyos on Pesach. And it's probably already sold.

If it's not chometz then it's probably not sold. Look at the contract and see if it lists everything in said closet, or specifically anything chometz in said closet.

After the zman you cannot eat anything that is not specifically kosher for passover.
Not sure where you live but in tri-state area it was around 10am.
