Yes. But it blows up very fast. Keep an eye. Also gets very very hot.

You can, but I find that it comes out better tasting from a pot.

We do on hot plate, easier and faster as more can be done at a time. Maybe not as nice and square. You just cut it into squares.

I love making the lukshen in the betty crocker. Faster than a pot, it's much bigger and goes really fast. A pleasure!

I ended up making them in the Betty. For 4 eggs, 1/2 cup potato starch, 1 cup seltzer and a tablespoon of oil, I didn't get too many crepes.
