I roasted in sauce in the oven 2-3 hours in 350 and 2/3 hours 300. Slice than and hour drenched in the sauce

You could have US beef minute roast or something imported which is dry and tough (lighter meat).

If you're not sure of the quality, cook it overnight at 215 for 10 hours until buttery soft.
