I’ve only been home chol hamoed and the year of Covid which we just got by with whatever we had
This year iyh I want to do it right, and start shopping now so it’s not all the purchases at once. Here’s what I have, can anyone tell me what else I would need? I have plenty of storage space
Dairy frying pan and medium size pot, knives, spatula/flipper thing for eggs
Parve food processor, frying pan, spatula/flipper, mixing bowls, big spoon, measuring cups
Meat a few real plates and bowls (will need more or just use plastic), real silverware, knives, serving utensils, 8 qt pot, 2 qt pot, huge chicken soup pot, crock pot
Scale for the matzo at the Seder (my husbands thing)
Small glasses for everyone for Arba kosos
Hot water urn
Matzo box for the table
Salt shakers for the table
Drying rack for dishes

I appreciate any insight and ideas
A nervous full Pesach first timer who also works full time and BH has all age kids that keep me on my toes!

What Pesach minhagim do you follow? Would you need a juicer?
Kashering set
Tablecloth
Matzoh cover, ke'arah, egg dish to crack eggs, saltwater dish, crepe pan or electric crepe maker, plenty of peelers, mixer, mixing bowls, rubber spatula, soup ladle, mason jar (for grated horseradish). I don't own a Pesach crockpot- never felt it a necessity for one week.

We use almost all products, so don’t need a juicer

Think of what you have in your all year round kitchen and make sure to have all of that for cooking.

Think about your menu and what you will be making, then set your table in your mind for the seudas. If you do well by writing on paper, then write it all out. This will help you with lists and picturing what you need when.
I’m young and I already did pesach a few times. I can tell you what works for me- buy little gadgets and do everything by hand. It’s more work but less to clean and less to store.
I got a gift one year a Braun processor which I used one year and then right to chometz. Unpopular but I do it all by hand. Cutting, peeling, slicing, dicing, grating.

Whatever your favorite kind of peeler is!! And preferably TWO!
A mixer, and if you don't buy a stand mixer, buy a very deep plastic container and you can stand the mixer up inside it!!!
Grater for horseradish
Thrip cloth
I like to have plastic containers, so that I can separate eggs in advance or prepare vegetables in advance.
I love having an immersion blender...
Depending on how your covering things in your kitchen, you might want to buy the special Passover tape that doesn't leave a residue.
If you have time, maybe you could take the kids to one of the paint your own pottery places and make items for your Seder table...

That’s interesting, for me the braun is a must for potato kugel, dips, and homemade mayo

I never use one year round, I put everything in the oven(even my soup). And I have a crockpot for cholent. Trying to think is Pesach different that I would need a blech?

Do you have a pesach oven? Size?
If not then you need a bleach or plata.

What's a kashering set?
Tablecloth isn't compulsory, a regular yemot-hashana will do but it must be very clean.

Water urn (I have heard different opinions on this one, not sure if it's neccesary)
OP, there are some things you can kasher, like drinking glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. You need to decide if you want to do that or buy brand new.

Buy inexpensive plastic containers to store food in your fridge or freezer. For the last days of YT , to the extent possible use these and not real dishes or pots to store food. You will save yourself a lot of the washing up after Pesach. You can either toss the used inexpensive containers after YT or keep them for Chometz, which gives you more time to clean them so you have less to do motzei YT.
