1. Uses a full 5 lb bag of bread flour
2. Uses honey, not sugar
3. Uses instant yeast
4. Is delicious

????

If so, please share with me.

Thank you!

My recipe uses a 5 lb bag and instant yeast.
I don’t think it’s such a big deal to use honey instead of sugar.
Yes, it’s delicious.

Ty.
Do you know if I can sub instant yeast and skip the proofing process? And if so, is it in equal measurement?

I started making this recipe. It only makes one loaf but I just double or triple the recipe (you can quadruple it to use 17 cups of flour). Just times all the ingredients by 4 (or maybe 5, not sure how many cups are in a 5lb bag).
It’s a great recipe.

It calls for instant yeast, and I don't proof usually bc I like to live on the edge

I couldn't find it on kosher.com. Could someone put the link?

This is my regular recipe, lol! It really is great. I typically double it and make 4 small loaves. (And then a different recipe for beer bread in addition so I end up with enough for bracha).

I just was hoping for a recipe already designed for dumping the whole bag of flour in (for an event I'm organizing), but yeah, I can just adjust for this one too.

Thanks!
