What is the treatment for adenovirus? I think my daughter has that…trying to find doc. They’re all on holiday!

One kid had shigella (which I then caught, was not fun) a different less intense stomach bug, coxsackie
Other kids had just the regular day of fever along with some aches

Needs antibiotics? Is there any rules about it. How many days they have to stay home
Or anything else to know.

My dr doesn’t treat shigella. Unless it’s extremely severe it clears up on its iwn
