Shiran doesn’t sound like a real name. Reminds of Ed Sheeran. I happen to love his music but not enough to name a baby after him. Shiraz? Seriously? Current events rule this one out.
I totally get the desire for an original name instead of the ancient Biblical ones our great grandparents used but please let’s not inflict our imaginative choices on our precious babies.

In the States you are right but I just want to point out that these names are not that outrageous in Israel.

I know several people named Shiran. It's a completely normal name in Israel.

Shiran is a fairly common name in Israel (though not in chareidi circles). At my workplace, which has around 60 people, 3 of them are named Shiran! At least one of them is religious (again, not chareidi though). It means 'their (female) song' - "שיר שלהן", which has a very nice meaning. I don't think I've ever heard non-Israelis use it though.

Shira isn't so accepted in yeshivish circles anymore due to R' Chaim Kanievsky zt"l saying there is no mesorah for this name. I know people named Shira who changed their names after this.

Rina and Tehila are super common, at least in Lakewood. One of my daughters has 3 Rinas in her class. Growing up I had two Tehilas in my class.

I think Ashira, Hallel, Renana and Ronit are all beautiful names, and are becoming more common of late.
I know a Ronya (song of G-d) and a Meitar, but they are definitely more unusual.
Gitit is the name of a musical instrument from the Beis HaMikdash. I know a few Gitits.

Yes, all previous suggestions are good. Mine are Marnina and Tehilla.
Hatzlacha and a happy Chanukah.

I personally know people called Shiran and Shirit.

Everyone likes different names.
