In these dark times, I’m finding myself drawn towards names that have to do with light.
Or, Ori, Neriya, Meir, Liora, Meira, Oriya.
The problem is, I’m in a charedi community and most of these names are pretty DL As far as I know, except for Meir. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I dont know which area you are from but some places Orli for a girl is becoming more used in Chareidi circles.
Uriel for a boy is also very common - it means Hashem is my light

Ori and Yair for boys have become more common in chareidi communities. I know quite a few families who have used these names. For girls, I think the names you mentioned are less common for sure, but not totally unheard of. I have heard Orit being used as well.

Oh, I forgot about Uriel and Yair. Unfortunately, I don’t think we can really use them due to associations with other people. And there’s already an Orly in the family so I’m not so comfortable with that either.
I think I also didn’t mention Ora, could I get away with that?

Meir probably is the most chareidi but the rest I know a few of!!

I think you can use Ora.

There is also Maor for a boy. Again not totally unheard of in the chareidi world, but definitely less common than other suggestions.
If you wanted to go really chareidi, you could consider Shraga, which means light in Aramaic...

Ora, Meira, Leora could work in a Chareidi community, they aren't used in the DL community much.
You could also do something like Zahava or Golda, which isn't quite the same but are used in the chareidi community.
I think Shraga means candle in aramaic. You could also use Feivel, which is Yiddish and has a similar meaning.

Zorach means to shine.
Shneur means two lights.

Shneur is pretty much exclusively Chabad, isn’t it?
What’s the difference between Ori and Uri, is Uri in Tanach somewhere?

I don't know where Uri/Eeri is from, but it's used in even the most chassidish circles.
Shneur is a yiddish name, used in non chabad too.

There is a rebish family (stretin dynasty) with a lot carrying the name Uri, named after one of the Rebe's they come from
