No such house will be 10 m dollars π€¦ββοΈ
Expensive, but not that expensive.
And of course such homes exist.

There are some magnificent large homes in RBS, 4 floors, 10+ rooms, pool, etc.
I'll post some links later.

No. They don't
Maybe if you go far up North you can get a house with the amount of land an average Monsey house boasts. But it certainly won't be in a frum Anglo neighborhood.
I have been in some extremely beautiful and luxurious homes in Maale Adumim, Modiin and RBS. Even the ones that boast screening rooms and indoor gymborees do not come near to the amount of land a Monsey house has. So no OP, you can't.

In the Golan, you actually can get 6 dunam plots and mansions. But you won't find another Anglo for miles, or many religious people.
You get two kinds of people with lots of land: farmers whom are willing to raise their family in a tent and a mud floor because they're so committed to EY, and secular people whom care only about luxury and invest all their effort and money in this world.
Generally, religious Jews like to live in social communities which generate chessed, and their housing choices reflect that.

That's why I said 10 million. 7 million to buy that amount of land in a place like RBS and another 3 million to build a 3 floor house with a basement.
Maybe even more.

Bought a decent size house up in the lower galil north with some land around - but nothing like monsey π and while itβs becoming religious, definitely not many around - and not an English speaker in sight for miles.
The religious + English speakers = jack up the prices to unaffordable.
A house this size in rbs will cost 10 million shekel and sometimes have not much land around.

In short: people move to Israel for the ruchniyut, and the opportunity to help the klal. Along the way, if it's part of your tafkid, you will work the land, but by then the size or ownership of it will seem incidental to you.

There are also hard working, secular farm owners who live in moshavim and yishuvim kehilatiyim who own and cultivate tracts of land. Most do not live in tents and homes with mud floors.

If having a lot of land and open space is a must, then I suggest moving to a moshav or kibbutz (although there are very few kibbutzim accepting new members). There are dati yishuvim, and if you are very lucky you can find one or two Anglo neighbors.
But you won't find anything like the high concentration of yeshivish Americans that live in BS/RBS, and schools that cater to that demographic. If you need all that infrastructure, you'll be extremely limited in location.
I suggest keeping an open mind as you explore aliyah. Making aliyah is generally not replicating your current lifestyle, house, school, etc in Israel. You'll need to take time to figure out what is truly essential and where you can be flexible.

Many, many decades ago, when the state was young.
We've come a very long way since then - for better and for worse.

I agree with Rappel. Moving to Israel usually means ruchaniyut goes up and gashmiyut goes down. Tbh from personal experience, I do not recommend living big in a charedi neighborhood unless you're in an upclass Jerusalem neighborhood where everyone lives like that.
I live in a charedi, non anglo neighborhood. B"H I live in one of the more spacious apartments- 160sq/m with a large balcony. But here's a downside of being in the nicest home in a charedi area- we have become the address for tzedaka and neighbors often resent us and make remarks. We're by no means rolling in dough, my parents helped a lot in buying this place and DH has a good, albeit demanding, job. But if your neighbors are working in kodesh or not at all and can hardly pay their electricity bill, it becomes awkward. I would gladly trade in for a smaller place but likeminded neighbors... but a bit late for that.
