Some ideas

Breakfast
Sterns chocolate danish- 6 pts
Coffee with stevia and a drop of unsweetened almond milk - 0 points

If you’re the type who’s not hungry in the morning, eat some fruit…

A packet of unsweetened oatmeal is 2 points- you can add your own sweetener

Lunch
2 slices Royo artisan bread- 2 points
Scrambled eggs- 0 points
Sliced tomatoes- 0 points

Fat free plain Greek yogurt sweetened with brown sugar swerve, a drop of vanilla extract and a diced apple - 0 points

Sometimes Shibolim everything crackers- 12 =2 points or 7 = 1 point with fat free cottage cheese and sliced veggies

Sometimes a protein bar for 6 points
Sugar Free protein bars are less points

Dinner
Salmon with grilled veggies
Or
Smart taste high fiber pasta- 4 points with a slice of reduced fat American cheese/ 2 points
Or
Salad with Mexican turkey slices- 1 pt
Chicken breast cooked without any fat is zero points

A slice of pizza is 9 points
Rice cakes with melted cheese is a lot less points
Tuna is zero points- mix it with mustard, plain Greek yogurt and spices and it’s still zero points

Breakfast:
3-4 egg omelette with peppers, onions, mushrooms and spinach. Sometimes add a smoothie

Snack:
Baby carrots or apple slices

Lunch: WW tuna melt (sometimes skip lunch though)

Dinner: protein like chicken or salmon, salad and some potatoes or brown rice. Depends how many points I have left.

Haven’t done it in a while but lost around 25lb during the 3-4 months I did

I'm corn intolerant. I wonder if they'd let me have a different grain free instead. would you know?

Thank you brown. I've been a lifetime member since 2015 and pretty much maintained or went up a little and would catch myself and lose it again for about 6 years. Then covid hit and I gained alot of weight. I didn't go back until the summer, but I really felt out of breath walking, and overall yucky. B"h I don't find weight watchers hard. I feel much better eating healthier.

I would love this too. technically you can eat any salad dressing but for salad I find them kind of bland.
