Sticky chicken is in the chicken section. I think Raisin posted it. I will post the grasshopper pie recipe, Grasshopper desserts or drinks usually mean mint/chocolate flavor, I believe.

I did it, but I'm the only one eating it. Oh well, at least I'm not throwing the bread.

I'm going to start this week's menus. I have a busy day on Friday, so I'm making a very simple menu.
Glazed baked salmon with cold dill sauce
Mashed potatoes
Broccoli rabe with garlic
Carrots (either with orange-butter sauce or roasted)
Chocolate Truffle Marble Cheesecake (made and frozen at an earlier date)

If you're calling my menu ambitious, it really isn't. Each thing has about three or so ingredients. Usually I make stuff that requires too many ingredients and too much fussing around with everything. And the dessert's already made.

Yum salmon. Yum dill sauce. Yum, yum mashed potatoes. Broccoli rabe and carrots I can live pretty happily without. I'll come back to the table for the cheesecake.

Is veal from a cow or another animal? This is number 4, if you know it by numbers and cut very, very, very thin. I don't really know, this is just what my dh brings home from work.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of salmon, which is why it needs a sauce every time. Vegetables, I love, and cheesecake, of course.

My dh never has anything tasty to bring home from work, unless you like to eat computer parts.
#4 in Israel is a shoulder. I don't know what to do with it. #5 is also a shoulder, a roast, and that I do know what to do with.
Veal is a baby cow which they shecht, supposedly, while it's still nursing. Cruel but yummy (I have not had veal in at least 5 years and I'm still alive to tell about it).
So you take these meat cutlets and make them like chicken shnitzel? Where did you learn this trick?
