Thanks for the inspo! I just made this for supper tonight. First time too. I added onion powder, garlic powder, montreal steak seasoning and a little bit of crushed pepper flakes. I friend an onion to add right before serving (leave it to me to turn a super simple recipe into a patchke) Unfortunately my ground beef was frozen, going to open it up in half an hour and iy’H break apart the beef. Hope it works!

Baked chicken bottoms are my easiest, favorite dinner...
Bake chicken legs and thighs (I do attached) and cover with spices or BBQ sauce, bake on low temp (275) for 4 hours...Chicken falls off the bone!
Side will be salad and rice or pasta... TBD

7. eggplant parmesan.. but bake the eggplant for healthier dish
8. chicken stir fry

Nice! My dinner tonight is shawarma too, but I made the one from dinner done
Other diners this week:
1. Grilled chicken and veggies
2. Garlic bread, penne a la vodka, vegetable soup, salad
3. Eggplant parm, homemade pizza, French onion soup, broccoli
4. Minute steak, mashed potatoes, green beans
I plan all my dinners every Friday and they’re hanging on the fridge

Can you share some of these recipes? Ive never made chow mein salad or sun dried tomato pasta. The whole meal sounds delisish.

Can you share some of these recipes? The orange cardamom rice, mango salsa and guacamole crema. The zucchini coins sound so much better than a side of zucchini. You have style, I like it. Could I have that recipe too?
