I added the wine and whatever I had left of a Mike’s Chinese rib sauce. Then I added water and was nervous it wouldn’t be enough so I added ketchup and a dash of soy sauce. Spiced with salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried dill.
Let’s see what happens.

Mix up olive oil smart balance with fresh crushed garlic, parsley and salt. Cut steaming baked potato in half, add in the garlic smear, close back the potato and watch it get melty and delicious to eat.

I put 6 full leg/thighs in crockpot this morning with a bunch of spices salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, some smoked paprika and a little broth. Let it cook all day then I shred it with two forks toss the bones and mix with a bottle of bbq sauce. I like stubbs.
Serve it on buns with coleslaw for crunch. Such an easy dinner that everyone likes.

Shepherd's pie and peas
3 out of 5 of my kids love it! Can't please everyone. One just has loads of peas, he loves them  and one will probably take cereal or a pitta bread.

grilled salmon wraps
sautéed onion
sautéed pepper
sautéed zucchini
Leftover Salmon
Wraps
Silan
spread a bit of Milan on wrap
add sautéed veggies and some salmon
roll up
grill in panini maker/ grill pan until warm and charred
