Did you also graduate in 99?

Delia’s plastic skirt was so in when I was in high school.
And those black platform slides that hurt but everyone had

On a different note, that bathroom trend of raised sponge painting the walls was super weird.

Silly Bandz!!!!
I remember buying them for my kids, was a once and done trend. It went out as soon as it came in.
In my day (I sound old, I know) it was napkins collection and stickers in an album and fancy stationary to trade also in an album

Ooh I loved them. My sitter told me the reason why it was rare was because she died and they stopped making them. Don’t know if that was true 🤔

Nope, she's still alive.

When I was like 10, I refused every style shoe offered in store, because I want the shoes everyone in my class was wearing....mom couldnt figure out which ones they were, according my description....until I saw it in a diff store...."These are the ones" turns out they were the American shoes everyone was wearing, purchased thru Medicaid, with a prescription from dr for orthepedic shoes......

Clumsy....ugly....

In my preschool class pic, I see the straightless American lace shoes, were the standard.

I saw someone mentioned winter shorts. I live OOT and the latest styles are not so common here, but last week, I saw a little boy wearing a suit with shorts and tights underneath. He was from one of the few stylish families here. Is that the new style?

I think it's crazy and looks ridiculous. Just because something is in style, doesn't mean everyone should forget about good taste and just follow blindly. Shouldn't we first think is the style is actually cringeworthy when it's not the latest trend?

I laugh at how big glasses are in now. I remember when slim small glasses were in and I would look at pictures of myself when big glasses were in and think how old fashioned it looked. And now it's back in style and small glasses are odd Compress

I always used to wonder how they could look through them. The lenses were practically bigger than the eyes.
