Lahma Ba'gine
(about 24 pieces)
Meat mixture:
1 lb. Chopped meat
1 small onion, minced
1/2 cup tamarind paste
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of salt
You can use mini pizza dough, or make your own dough.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon of meat mixture on each piece of dough. Flatten lightly. Bake on 350° for about 20-25 minutes.

You can substitute Prune Butter for the Tamarind sauce. also so people add a bit of citric acid to add a bit of tang.
