I am currently teaching reading privately and looking for a good resource that explains all the phonics and spelling rules. I want something that has practically every rule in it. Concise explanations.

For example in middle of the word 'too' sound is usually spelled 'tu'

Another example is that after short vowels there needs to be consonants before the next vowel.

Just want to explain that I'm looking for a guide for ME to know the rules, not looking for something to help me teach it.

Found this book online, "the ABCs and all its tricks"

Looks perfect for what I want. If you're familiar with it and/or have something similar or just have any input I would appreciate it.
