I love this salad, but every time I make it I never know the right way to dress it and I don’t like the way it comes out when I do just olive oil lemon juice spices… we’ve been to someone for shabbos seudas who makes it with a homemade Mayo dressing that I love. Anyone have a recipe for dressing I can use? TIA!

1/4 C Vinegar
1/4 C Oil
A little less than a 1/4 C sugar
Salt
Pepper
I also add a purple oniom

2 t dried dill
Also some of a red onion

1/3 cup mayo
2 frozen garlic
Salt
Pepper
Dash of lemon juice

14/15 oz sliced hearts of palm
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved (maybe more)
2 avocados,diced
1 very small red onion, diced (or let's say 1/4 reg red onion)
3/4 tsp kosher salt (I use table salt... You use less table salt when converting, so let's say 1/2 tsp?)
1/8 tsp pepper
2 T mayo
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp warm water
1 clove/cube garlic (I just use garlic powder, don't know how much)

Equal parts sesame oil, rice vinegar, olive oil, ume plum vinegar. I think the recipe I use also has a can of corn.
