Mix some duck sauce with a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce and some (jarred) fresh chopped garlic. Marinate the cutlets for at least an hour.

I marinate chicken cutlets in a mixture of mayo, bbq sauce, italian dressing, garlic powder and onion powder.
(usually overnight) This is very flavorful, I serve it plain, or in a salad with a creamy garlic dressing.

Sure. The heat will carmelize the sugars quite nicely.
Get yourself a fresh pineapple and cut that up, sprinkle some brown sugar or even a dash of chili powder on it and toss that on the grill too.

I like to marinate my cutlets in a mixture of duck sauce, bbq sauce, sweeat & sour bbq sauce and ketchup. Let it stand for about 2 hours, and then grill. delicious!

I would put in about 2 Tablespoons, plus 1 teaspoon of chopped/minced garlic, or 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
