I actually made them tonight!
Batter fry the chicken. The batter is 4 eggs, 4 Tablespoons water, salt, and flour till it is a good consistancy.
Fry onions, peppers and mushrooms ( I only do mushrooms and onions) and set aside.
THe sauce is 15.oz apricot jam, 3/4 cup of ketchup and 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar, heat till bubbles.
Put everything in a foil pan and put in oven uncovered , not sure how long, but I leave it in there covered and uncover it like 15 minutes before I will serve it.
I also add pineapple chunks to the sauce, I like it sweet.

fry little nuggets of chicken, as you would do regular shnitzel,
pour over sweet and sour chicken sauce - any company they all basically have the same ingredients.
heat up in oven for about 15 min.
yum - quick, easy, and as tasty as any complicated recipe

Sounds great - is there a way to make this for shabbos, so the nuggets wont be overcooked from staying hot til DH comes home from shul friday nite? I can keep the sauce on the plata, but I think the chicken will get dry....
