Since I'm married, I washed every single week. Even when I had my first baby on Shabbos, and was feeling so horrible on Motzei Shabbos.
It's supposed to be a segula for easy labor, so I wouldn't want to miss out on that.

I don't like to - I find this a very hard thing to do.
my husband says it's my yetzer hara and that shows how important it is..
I'm trying to do it now as a segula for easy labor and delivery - though I usually just wash, eat a kizayis and bentch.

That's just perfect. Nobody's talking about eating a full meal.

We've also tried to do it every week. It's a mitzvah and usually not hard to wash, eat a few bites of bread and bench. We like to embellish it but that's not the ikkur, just extra (I think). We sing and tell stories of tzaddikim.

And if you're actually hungry, it's a great time for another meal.

I love the atmosphere at melave malke, and if I dont wash I sit with the men folk and enjoy the zmiros, I find it especially uplifting and very spiritual, Duvid Hamelech and Eliyahu Hanavi/

Only if I'm actually hungry and want to eat bread.

Dh does it every week. I hate to eat extra calories late at night if I'm not even hungry.

I wash every single week, I dont wanna miss out on the easy labour reward. I had a pretty easy labour bh and I claim it was from washing every week without fail.

yes, in general I try to and when expecting I definitely make it a point to.

I really enjoy the quiet shmooze with my husband, a light meal, and a good Baal Shem Tov story.
